anyone know anything about a 25mg dose of diphenhydramine for gettign to sleep? good bad harmful?

I dont know about that... but I know about GNC's Sleep Formula. ***** works great! Getting deep, restful sleep, and feeling better.

i take 3mg of melatonin be4 bed on tuesdays and thursdays because i have an 800 class..and im used to going to bed at around 2in the morn so it helps a little but its usually hard for me to sleep anyways unless im stoned...
