Hey I'm luke I haven't been here in a a while. Shortly after I took the pics below I had a groin injury and it persisted for a couple months, thought it was a hernia and thank god it wasn't.

First My Pre-Workout days pic, no i wasn't 13 or 14, I was 20 something in this pic and weighed 135 pounds.

I do a variety of heavy, close, wide rows, weighted wide grip pull ups, pull downs, dead lifts. My back is one of my strongest parts of my body. I guess that doesn't come out in the pictures to you. Most people I talk to say my back looks pretty awesome... Have trouble building the lats as wide as I want, but thats there seems there is nothing that I can do to help that.

but for real how many years between the original pic and the recent pic?? total change amazing!!

I'm not really cocky at all, I'm one of the quietest and shyest people you would meet. I'm still the little skinny dude inside. I was 134 in the original pick, 162 in the cut pics, and I am around 180 pounds right now. It's probably about 5 years of between the first pic and the newest pic, though I was hurt for about a year and a half in the middle of that. I ended up shrinking nearly back to the first pic, Now it's been about 2 years where I haven't been hurt.

i think i was distracted by those cutting pics going back and looking again your back is much better than it was then still to me looks to be laggin in size comparatively to the rest of your upper body

where are the current leg pics!!!!!!

Ah I guess I could post some leg pics, though my legs arent that immpressive IMO, I've always had "lady legs" as I like to call them. I do all sorts of leg workouts and do them heavy and seem having trouble building up my lower legs. Right now I am 28.

Like I said, I have been lifting really heavy with my back, trying to build the lats at least, and it doesn't seem to do much. Also my camera isn't the greatest alot of the time the flash washes out the muscle definition.

Um I would NEVER do Steroids, anyone can get acne and I've had it since I was a teen. I earned everything I got from going into the gym day after day and working very hard.

hell of an improvement man, your increased confidence and cockyness even comes through on the photos

ahh my advice, keep it up, find ways to bring out your last, like wide grip pullups

find urself a deadlift platform and a squat rack and squat and pull until the cows come home, that will take care of that girly leg syndrome...lol

other than that hell of an improvement man

Major improvements over the last few years. It wouldn't hurt you at all to put on about 20 pounds of muscle and that means you need to start eating more and getting a good amount of protein.

I thought you were a little to lean for my liking in the first set of cut pictures but in the last 10 pics it looks like your starting to fill out nice. Still very lean but you have clearly gotten bigger.

Keep up the good work!

Are you or were you competing in bodybuilding? I really don't understand why someone would be taking pictures in their underwear in a gym, unless it was for a magazine shoot. That would have made me furious if I was lifting(unless it was a chick).

That being said, you've made a ton of improvement. Some of your poses would even make HB uncomfortable, lol.

Yea it's hard for me to gain weight now, it was hard enough to go from 170 to 180, now maybe i will try to get to 190.

Ya there is nothing I can do for my calves, I work them like crazy, do everything I can and nothing really works, they are strong just don't get bigger. Anyone have any suggestions. My hamstrings are very strong, on leg curl I out do my buddies and they got bigger legs. I do weighted calf raised on a couple machienes, do squats, and dead lift over 300 pounds...nothing works:< Maybe i'm just not doing the right types of exercises.

I saw a simpsons episode and that one nerd dude Milhouse it was the future and he was all buff, but his calves were still small. He was depressed and explained to lisa, which was his wife at the time that the calves are one of the harder areas to gains size on.

Yup I made that myself, I thought I was it was cool, too bad I threw it out, it would be cool to be able to were the same shirt and compare pictures.

Calves: pause several seconds at the bottom of each rep.

Hams: heavy Romanian deads and glute ham raises. Leg curls won't do much to put on hamstring mass.

Nice progress so far - the extra weight looks great on you!

Gratz on the gains.

For calves remember that you are pounding them with basically your full bodyweight all the time so to overload them you really have to use serious weight.

I have been blessed in the calf department, but I also use a ton of weight when training them (literally the same weight I leg press with)

You look awesome man, striated everything it looks like. My calves are a pain in the ass to grow too, I'm finally making some progress doing some high rep stuff. Good luck!

Nice gains from cutting to present. You are lean as hell, but IMO could stand to put on 25 lbs and still be pretty damn lean. Poses are kinda weird. Weaknesses are hams, calves and lats. Otherwise very nice job.
