View Full Version : Unreal Snack/Meal

Im eating this right now and im in heaven, this is for people with a slight sweet tooth.

-2 packets plain oatmeal, micro for 2 min with milk
-1 cup cottage cheese (i use whole because im fat)
-1/2 cup honey oats granola (i use this because im fat...lol)

after the oatmeals done put in the cheese and granola, then add 2-3 splenda and cinnamon, its sweet and has a really rich cremey taste to it.

marcos are as follows...

APPROX - 660 calories, 19 grams of fat, 75 grams of high quality carbs, 45 grams of protien.

So umm what is the actual form of the food? Is it just one big goo, or do you make everything just stick to the granola bars?

I didn't have the granola bar, but I tried a variation just now and it was really good.

2 servings oatmeal
~.75 cups milk
1 serving cottage cheese
3/4 scoop nitrean
1 teaspoon olive oil

What's the GI rating on honey & oats granola? I'm debating whether I should add it in or not. I'm trying to stay really clean on my bulk.

not sure, but it may be high, theres a decent amount of sugar.
