How much does alcohol actually affect your lifting?
Does anyone here have a specific number of lbs that was taken from their max from drinking? :shoot:

can't give specific numbers but i notice a HUGE difference if i stop drinkin. If you get wasted every weekend....try stoping for a month. It was incredible for me.

As the guys say, do a search this has been discussed a lot already.

Simply put though.

Drinking alcohol regularly will have a large impact on your progress.

If you drink moderately (a few beers now and then) the effect will be minor, I doubt even noticable.

Probably more important to cut it out if you are trying to lose weight.
