Haven't posted a vid(s) in awhile so figured I'd take out the digital camera and get some of yesterday's action. The video is a compilation of some RBDLs and Oly Squats. Best lifts of the day were 500lbs x 1 RBDL and 260lbs x 5 Oly Squat. Like I said in my journal, I know I rounded my back, but so what? SFW!!!
I'll enjoy all comments; good, bad, constructive, it don't matter.

Nice video. I like the music edit and the garage setup.
I would set the bands up at around 1/2 foot lower. This way they will deload completely at the top.

McV- If you're talking about the song that was playing during the squats, then that is Atreyu's cover of "Shot Through the Heart."
CR- Good catch. When I had it set up it was completely deloading at the top. Now that I think about it, I was just standing beside it when setting up, and not taking into account that I'd be a bit lower when actually pulling.
Stumpy-Appreciate it man. You ought to give them a try.

Justin- They were the blues. At that pin height, 135 rested very lightly on the ground.
Cir- Thanks man.

Squat form looked awesome. Great work on that dead, btw - my back hurt just watching it! :)

Bjohn- Thanks man. I actually liked listening to the bit of classical music before pulling the last set. It kept me focused.
McIrish- Thanks man. I squat sumo as my main stance but like to throw in some Oly Squats to keep my quads in balance. Glad to see I can use decent form on them. Haha the back didn't really hurt after those DLs. My lowerback is pretty strong (relational to the rest of me) so I don't usually have much problem even when I end up rounding at the top a lot. *Knock on wood*
