I started my cut last week, dropped my calories down to 2500 and after a week i had dropped from 187 lbs to 183.2 lbs?

My calories prob were 3200-3500 before.

I got weighed same time of the morning after my bathroom visit.

I think this is a drastic loss.

what to do?

Give it more than a week. Those 4lbs in 1 week could be any sort of fluctuation, water, stool,etc.

If after another week, you hav dropped 4 lbs, then you are cutting cals too aggressively.

If you dropped your carbs significantly, a large portion of that would be water weight.

I have dropped my carbs.

I calculated i eat about 250g on training days. So i must have been eating far too many previously.

I went from 238 to 230 in a week. Next week dropped to 227.9lbs. This morning I was 230.0 but haven't emptied my bowels since since yesterday morning right before I weighed 227.9. Weight will flucuate. If you have a higher carb day you will probably bloat back up a bit. Just keep tracking and stick with it and if you keep losing more then 1-2lbs a week after the intial first few, or you notice you are tired, poor training, etc then readjust your cal intake.
