is this even a good thing to do? i have heard that it is very important to count your calories and burn a certain amount of them a day....so...my question is...how do you count calories? is there a book? or a magazine that teachers you everything you need to know? or like...a thread that explains it all.

oh...along with grams per pound, i have heard taking so much protien instead of the scoop or so they tell you to take is better.

I tracked my caloric count for a month and then got annoyed with it. I guesstimate now.

Yeah...that 5 minutes a day of entering all my day's food is really a task to take on. :rolleyes:
