do people use udo's oil for cooking? or do they take a teaspoon of it a day, which would replace taking fish oils caps?
what are some healthy fats that can be used in cooking? anything better than olive oil which is what most people use? i hear cooking over 350 (or some other temp.) with olive oil start to break the oil down into carcinogens. are there any healthy fats to cook w/ that can stand heat well?
