Went back in the gym today here are my numbers as of March 13, 2007
Tuesday "back day" literally and figureatively

Deadlift 445 x 1
Lat pulldowns 190 x 6, 190 x 6, 210 x 4
Standing (T-Bar) 180 x 4 145 x 7
Mid Lat 2 arm row 45 degree angle 115 x 4, 90 x 5

Going to bring a pad with me for now on to more accurately record this. You might catch me in the club in jersey this summer; just watch out for the guy with a fresh cut getting big as hell. My stocky members are making me start this journal ;p
