Hey, well ive been bulking for a while now and im happy with the results went from 155-175 and im looking to get down to about 165 for the summer(gotta have the shredded body for the beach :D haha). So I was wondering anyone have any meal ideas that i could start using, i wanna keep my high protein intake, and alot of the good fat im taking in (all natural peanut butter, fish oil, etc) but i can take less of the fats if needed, but yeah any ideas anyone on some direction i should be going?

Generic answer: Eat less than you burn, lift heavy.

I was very successful on a cut where my diet (2000 cals) included at least 1 gram of protein per lbm of bodyweight and at least .5 gram fat per. You can eat the exact same foods as when you bulk, but it's just gonna be less. Make sure you track your calories!!

Awsome those links helped thx, yea im still intaking alot of the essential fats, and the proteins for sure,and im deffinately gonna start using that carb idea an hour before my workout, so far my cut is goin good im carefully monitoring my cals/per day intake and hopefully ive got my shredded figure in time for beach season :D, haha i should probably not lose to much weight though or my coach will get angry lol thx agian though for all ur help
