but I got bad jitters from it. I didn't like the feeling my stomach either, I think I threw up once and then stopped taking it.

Is it even worth taking a fat burner? When I'm in workout mode I usually can manage my diet pretty well, and I mix up 2 days of cardio with 3 days of weights. I'm getting back into my regimen now starting Monday (waiting on my ON protein delivery), but I'm wondering if I should pick up a fat burner or anything else?

Honestly, I was going to just stick with ON protein 3 times a day, 3 small meals between, and a good workout. The goal is to get a bit bigger and then cut up... so let me know if it's worth the fat burner. I am 196lbs now at 6 feet tall, with a slight tummy that I want to get rid of and turn into a 6 pack (would be the first time since college!)

Much obliged for any advice... :) Any vitamins I should take? Or should I skip that too? I'm not really into supplements... just the protein is all I've really ever taken. Edit: Should I think about creatine? Important? Like I said, I'm a newbie to supplements :)

Thanks!

whats your body fat at and what are your goals?

You might want to try an ECA stack with some EFA's
^^ Thats ECA: Ephedrine/Caffeine/Asprin and Essential Fatty acids.

if you want a fat burner without the jitters: Lean system 7.

otherwise get your diet in check and your workout together.

I'm at like 22% body fat.. that's using one of those electronic gizmos :)

I don't know what my BF goal is really... just want to shed the fat and gain some muscle... I figured 2 days cardio, 3 days weights for that... do a decent routine and eat right :)
