I'm aware that I am too far forward on my front squats and maybe I need to slow it down abit. Anything else that will help me out?? I finally figured out how to comfortably place the bar aswell.

the front squats look good!! but tuck your elbows under on the back squats when you leave em out like that it makes it that much easier to lean forward to much
do you ever get scard doing heavy stuff without a spotter??

Front squats look nice. I haveto learn to do them. For some reason my arms and wrists don't want to bend that way far enough.

heh thanks guys.

step - If I cant finish my reps I can just dump it on the pins. Its just a pain in the ass trying to get it back up to the rack without stripping it.

bill - I'm not sure what you mean?

cirino - I have terrible flexibility in my wrists aswell ever since I broke it last year. I have to kinda only have 3 fingers under it and my elbows flared outwards.

Just as your adding wt and trying to do more. I've almost caught the bar in the face a few times. You have really control it so it doesn't drift. Looked fine just a heads up.

i think he is doing good on all his lifts honestly...and everyone likes to squat without a spotter...i did 350 in the gym without one.....but hang cleans i worry about because if you loose balance and fall back you are screwed.
