Has anyone heard if this?

I'm new to weightlifting of basically any sort and I plan on trying to make a good go of it. I'm at university to "dieting" as such can easily go out the window...

I liked what I read about this diet because:

a) I love meat (and eggs more than anything). People say they've never seen someone eat as much meat as I do. A plate of just meat and I'm over the moon.

b) It says you can drink alot on weekends :)

I don't really care that you can eat mounds of fat during the week.

So is this actually a good diet or is it bad?
I've read you want High Carbs and Protein and low Fat. This goes against the grain - there's Carb Spiking at the weekend but low Carbs during the whole week...

Your thoughts?
