I recently joined my gym and am trying to lose weight and gain muscle. I received these pills and don't know if they would work or be safe. Here is what I know. It is called B-lean and is a dietary supplement. All I really could tell you besides this is it has Chitosan, fiber, L-carnitine and chromium. All besides fiber idk if its safe or what it does. All answers appreciated.

Doubt it'll hurt you. Unlikely to help, though. Most of those are of pretty debatable value and those that are useful are *probably* present in such small amounts as to be worthless.

Thank you. Any other replies before I decide whether or not to take it?

You tell us. It should give you an edge.
Remember its just a supplement. as in: your diet has to be good! to lose weight.
Donnie put your stats in your signature! Current height weight etc, and then put your goals in there for everyone to see. Its like a commitment in a way. Also it helps people to understand what your doing

I agree with Blood&Iron. The most you'll probably notice is a little kick from the caffeine.
