After seeing 300 I was motivated to shed some fat.
Current stats: 5'11" 207lbs bf around 16-17%
Goal: 180lbs bf of 12-13%
I'm going to be carb cycling starting Monday. I will be doing M-F no carbs high in protein and fat. Then starting Friday evening I will carbload till Sunday morning.
Workouts will just be MWF high intensity.
M-F Sample diet
Meal 1- 3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites. 1/2cup cheese. 1 hot dog
Meal 2- 1/2cup cottage cheese or Protein shake.
Meal 3- 1 string cheese. 3tbsp Peanut butter. 6-7 slices of turkey.
Meal 4- protein bar
Meal 5- Chicken or fish. Veggies.
Meal 6- 1/2cup cottage cheese or Protein shake.
