I will be getting up on stage for the second time in july - i hope to come in bigger and leaner
right now i weigh 170

I haven't seen your show pictures, although I think they're around here. How do your upper back and delts come in as you diet? They're possibly more important for women than men in competition. Sometimes it's hard to tell 16 weeks out, but that's one area I'd work on if I were you.

Hmm...I'm 5' 6 too but........I have had three children. Guess it makes a difference!! I think you have more muscle than me though. My biceps are only 13 inches.

It's not looked at per se, but it completes the X-frame that is desired. Given that most women tend to have a narrow shoulder girdle/clavicle spread the more developed the medial delts are the more hourglass the body is going to look. Especially if said woman has large quads with a decent sweep, as you do. You're doing bodybuilding, correct?

okay i gotcha- and i have only done one show so i am still very new to all of this, still trying to soak in as much information in as i possibly can -
yes i am doing bodybuilding - last time i competed i did keep a pretty good hour glass shape - my waist is pretty small proportionally - but of course theres ALWAYS room for improvement

so my cousins wedding in flordia was great!!!! so much fun and i did manage to get to the gym on mon wed and friday it was a bit a a drive but there was a golds gym in panama city that i went to it was a nice gym good equipmnet and not to crowded - and as usually the guys lifitng in thewre were not quite used to a female moving some heavy weights but its all good.
so im down to 159 as of today not suprising but the weight is pratically melting off but cravings are torturous right now

and absoulty NO beer wine or achool the whole trip and trust me there was a TON of drinking going on pretty much nightly and daily

yea i remebered all that but i couldnt make em as had as theey were befroe so i felt like i was doing it wrong - ill have to have u look at em those ones hit the posterior better then w/a barbell and my botty need to grow!

I can do whatever I want lol...the head coach said he was alound as a feild event coach to drive so he didnt have to sit around in the coold till the meet was over so he would do the same with me

Dublin is basically a high class suburb of Columbus in the northwest corner, with easy access because of the xway loop that goes all the way around the city.

were most likely doing both npc shows and there arent any npc shows so we'll be in michigan and indiana - we just hearf about a show about an hour from us in ohio but its not npc so we'd have to get and npc card and a an inbf card too ( i think thats the federation) so we havent decided completly yet- id rater do npc shows so i can qualify for nationals i'd like to go to jr nats next year

i usally stay at 10 or just under...couple of months ago i let everyone talk me into carb loading every meal..all it did was add an inch to my wasite so i dont think ill do that again on purpose. had yo sis explain how to post a pic so maybe next month ill post an updated one
