Chest/Back/Leg day on first day of WBB1.

All 2x8.

Bench
Warmup: 2x5 @ 115

(I've decided to bring the reps from 8 to 6)

Low Incline Db Press
Set 1,2: 25lbs Dbs.

Dips
Set 1: 8
Set 2: 6
(Also brought down to 6)

Chin Ups
Set 1: 5

(Also brought down)

DeadLift
Warmup: 2x5 @ 135
Set 1: 8 @ 175
Set 2: 8 @ 225

Barbell Rows

(Should have went up to 100)

Shrugs
Set 1: 10 w/ 35lbs

Parallel Squat

Set 2: 8 @ 170

Hack Squat
Didn't like that it hit the back of my calves on the way down. Didn't do.

Leg Curls
Set 1: 8 @ 135
Set 2: 8 @ 135

SLDL, Calve Rasies - Didn't get enough time to complete.
