Uploading pics??

ok well i have some new pics of me after my bulk, and im just wondering they are all like 1.19 MB and that apparently breaches the limit anyone know how to upload or shrink them??? so i can post them?

open them in paint and press ctrl+W and instead of 100 put both to 25 then press ok then save it (overwrite) then try.
