Been lifting for about 8 months now, or something like that. Still got a lot to learn. I'm lightly cutting, because though I"m only 160, I have a very small frame, and 160 on my frame is nearly 18% bf, and I really prefer to stay around 13%. Personal preference.
So I started a light trimming job on myself. Went from 3200 calories to 2500 calories.
Around the same time, DOMS, something I haven't noticed really since I first started lifting, became a constant issue.
I'm pretty much sore all the time.
Can it be that dropping my caloric intake has affected my soreness?
