I think this diet is by far the easiest and most effective diet I've ever done.

M-F= no carbs, high fats and protein meaning lots of cheese and yummy meat
S-Sun = high carbs, high calories meaning to an extent whatever you want


What do you guys think about this diet?

Are you weighing everything? What's your total macros just out of interest? How's your fibre intake? How is this working for your %bf?

I have to say my friend I have'nt really been calculating it. I am taking daily vitamins and drinking tons of water. I can honestly say after a week and half I look leaner.

Hey man, whatever works for you.

Personally I like:
Day 1: high carbs
Day 2: moderate carbs
Day 3: very low carbs
repeat

Whats the science behind that beast? Is it just for comfortabilty? Or do you schedule this around training?

Both, really. I stick to a 2 day on/1 day off schedule, so I put the higher carb days on workout days. The diet was based on an article over at t-nation by Thibaudeau. I never once got hungry!
It's pretty scanty on fat intake, though. Most people here would think it's too little.
