this might sound ignorant but to me it didnt look like any of those hit parallel. I would have though you had to go at least 2 inches deeper?? nice squatting though chris.

cool ass band squats... what were the weights on those?

i always laugh when i see powerlifters w/ knee wraps try and walk around. its like they have peg legs!

chris what weight class are you looking to move up to?

Thanks everyone. The music in the gym is terrible, but that's typical.

Detard- I wrote about it in my journal. On the heavy top end days I just worry about getting close to parallel and then come up. I mainly want to overload the top end on those. Plus, the bands deaload a lot by the time you get down so it is harder to break parallel in gear.

Doc- I'm trying to fill out the 165's. So hopefully I will get up to 170-175.

OH, and I edited it to show the weights. BB= blue band...GB=green band. Together at lockout they add another 275 lbs or so. So the last rep was close to 720 at the top.
