Let me tell you, whenever I am sore the next couple of days from a work out, I am happy because that means I busted my ass in the gym. Keep busting your ass and it will pay dividens!

yea, i usually don't feel satisfied unless im sore as hell the next day:)

At the moment I'm living above a cafe and they've just sold the business so it looks like my verbal agreement of sub-lease has expired. Man, I really need more time to find another place! Right now I don't even care where I live just as long as it's with like-minded people!
