I cannot seem to get more then 105 pounds on the bench press, what muscles does the bench press use mostly? And one more thing, I can power clean more then I can bench, since thats the case, what muscles do power cleans use?

Then you need to have someone show you how to properly bench.

Bench = Chest as the primary muscle and triceps/shoulders as the secondaries.

Something is wrong if you have more pain in your wrists then anything else.

Dustin,

What are you doing as of now for your chest routine? What kind of movements, what kind of rep and set scheme? You might just be going at it all wrong!!!

lol like 860

the bench uses your chest, shoulders, triceps and some lats.
an effective bencher though will use every muscle possible on a max effort lift, starting from his toes, calves, hams, quads, glutes, lower back, then the muscles listed above then to his forarms. in other words you drive from the floor all the way up to your hands, but thats getting a bit technical.

it sounds like your just starting with the bench, first bit of advice is stick with it it will take a little time to build up a good base.
another thing that may help us give you advice to improve is to post your work out.
