Howdy All!

I'm curious as to how much of my carbs and protein I can take in from supplement shakes vs. food?

I'm in a job where it's rarely feesible to plan on being somewhere that I can access food/snacks on any kind of set schedule, nor can I take them with me.

I can, however, get a lot more of what I need at a time by dropping a shake with the proper breakdown of carbs/protein in it.

My plan was to order some custom-mix powders from Trueprotein.com and work them in about 6 times per day. With my 3 main meals, and small snacks, I'd be hitting all my numbers.

Is that okay?

Shakes are food, treat them as such. Just make sure you do eat solid food for the vitamins/fiber etc.
