What do you think?

I'm 21, 5'8, 202lbs (up from 195 6 weeks ago). This is over the past 6 weeks. I take NO explode pre workout along with a protein shake of about 30 grams - 300 calories. I also take in around 50g of dextrose during my workout and a shake again after. I take flaxseed oil, creatine, and chromium everyday. I have recently started fitday.com. I guess i sort of felt fat after i got on the scale this week so i went and got some diet pills and have been cutting back drastically on food intake for the past few days but now I'm not sure if this is necessary. I am looking to get stronger and to burn fat. I would really like to avoid gaining weight though. My questions are as follows.

Will a lower calorie protein be beneficial? (Currently on syntha 6+ skim = 300cal)

How much protein should I be consuming before bed?

What should my body fat % be?

Ditch the chromium, ditch the flax oil and sub in fish oil, ditch the NO explode, and start tracking your food on www.fitday.com
