Can you be a little more specific...like, do you want more energy in the gym, etc?

Creatine? I know it helps me pump out more reps in the gym bt of course thats anerobic exercise. But more importantly why the hell are you doing long distance running and trying to get big at the same time? Thats like mixing oil and water.

I can see creatine helping for the first seconds of your run, but not after that.

If you use creatine for running it wont do all that much good for you on the track. If its sprinting, like the thousand meter, go for it, but not long distance.
Now if you are complimenting your running with strength training(I have no idea how runners train), then by all means use creatine to help build your legs.

Other than that...flax and tuna!

ephedra products with caffeine although i do not know the safety of using such a stack while running long distances because i have a feeling most peoples hearts will be beating like a mad man (heart attack???????????)

endurox sucks dont buy it. carbo loading with a mix of high glycemic and low glycemix carbs a few hours before hand will help as long as a couple espressos

Creatine is BAD for running long distance. it also does not help the begining of the run (assumiong u don't sprint). The reason creatine would be harmful for long distance is the extra weight gain. Any extra weight (even muscle) is bad.. thats why the sucessful runners are so small. Weight slows peopel down. I do like a little endurance but if u want EXTRME endurance it'll cost you strength and size.
