It's fine if you use it to top pie at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Once or twice a year won't hurt. Less fine for snacking out of the vat on a daily, or even weekly, basis.

I don't see anything wrong with fat free coolwhip. I used it quite a bit for UD 2.0. When I ate at maintenance ~2800 calories, I was able to do 1/4 of a tub each day along with a nice 2 cups of sugar free pudding. It was only 400calories and was my desert of choice :P

Also, during my cut I would allow myself a certain portion every other day. I don't see much harm in it.

BTW - Fat Free Coolwhip has Corn Syrup as the main ingredient and it isn't until a few more later than the next one is mentioned as HFCS. So, basically you are only getting a tiny amount of fructose from it. Hardly anything I would concern myself with. HFCS is pretty much indenticle to table sugar in the ratio of F:G.

You are aware that Corn Syrup is 100% glucose? Don't confuse it with the High Fructose variant, which is 45/55 or 55/45 fructose/glucose.

www.google.com

So basically, you think google is going to return an accurate result? Google would give you 100,000 sites of information on the topic, and 99% of them would be wrong.

But anyway, it looks like you have quite a bit to learn. Glucose isn't bad and I still don't think you understand the difference between corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup. Or, perhaps you just don't know much about glucose and fructose. I suggest you read some of built's articles. It would be a good start and will help you understand that glucose isn't the enemy. Then head over to www.bodyrecomposition.com and start reading and learning more on the topic.
