Welcome aboard... how's the weather up there? lol
I bet you are sick of that one...

Sounds like you might be in a decent college... is this the program your BB trainer has given you? Do you do any squatting? DL'ing? OLifts?

To gain mass - you still need to dial in your diet. Have you taken a look at FitDay (link in sig) to see if you are getting enough calories? And the right amount of protein & fats? How about supps? You taking any multi-vitamins? creatine? etc...

Two days in a row with too much fat and not enough carbs. Im gonna start staying away from fried foods and eat some more grains. Also i am starting to think that the muscle milk i am taking might have too much fat. Altho i am trying to bulk. I don't think that is bad fat for me. What does everyone think?

Decided not to lift today because my entire body was really sore. I never understood why your muscles will be more sore 2 days after you lift rather than a day after. My legs are just shot from wednesday so i took the day off. Ill get back at it tomorow probably

fat in general is not bad for you but you want to stay away from saturated fat if you can you want poly and monounsaturated fats in your diet

i wouldnt worry about the fat in muscle milk expecially since your bulking but i would definalty try and stay away from fried foods

Normally that is how it is. Two days after a good lift it kicks in. Give it two more and you should be getting better. But let me tell you something, just cause your sore does not mean you shouldnt be getting back in there. When you get back in there and get that blood flowing it may get rid of some of your sorness. Dont find excuses not to get in the gym.

what kind of routine are you following here? that's a lot of upper body to do on one day.
