I was impressed with him before he decided to do oly lifting and try out for the Olympic bobsled team. The inclusion of those is just crazy. Crazy strong and crazy athletic.

Man I love you guys. This keeps me pumped to do more. Tonight was Max Effort and I did power cleans off 5" Box and got 160k pretty easy which was a new PR, so I am pretty excited. I hope to Snatch 140 k and C&j 185K April 21st, which will not be too bad because I just started back. The Arnold was March 2nd, so I haven't been going at it long. This forum rocks!

Amazing man, how tall are you?

MonsterMash
03-24-2007, 10:15 AM
I'm 5'7"! The first jump was 47" and that was my second set of 8 reps. The other boxes are from 36" to 44" with a 60 lb vest. My straight vertical leap tested at 39", but I think now it is in the 40s. I need to test again.

I don't even know what to say. At your height and weight you should NOT be hitting a 39+ vertical! I'm extremely jealous!
