View Full Version : How much protein, carbs, fat etc

I just started a diet about 2 weeks ago and doing cardio to lose the extra 60lbs I have put on. I have decided to add 3 days a week of WBB1, but I am not sure what kind of number si Need to intake for carbs, protein etc to maintain my weight loss while allowing myself to add muscle.

Any pointers?

If i remem correctly you are 250lbs.If we estimate 30% bf, then you need at least 175g protein and 90g of fat a day. If you are aiming for 2500 cals a day, then that leaves 1170 cals to spread around pro,carbs,fat as you like.

But your current intake of 1500cals is too low.

How many calories per g of protein and fat?
