Hello everyone. Been lifting now for about 6 months. 13 weeks on WBB I
and random stuff prior to that when I first started. I've made some decent progress i think. Started at 140lbs and I am now between 178 and 183 lbs using creatine/protein and eating everything in sight :cool: I think i'm finished with WWB1 and am looking for my next step? Which routine to move to? Should i continue to bulk? Constructive critisism is welcome. I think i need some legs :mad: O and i am 5'8 if that helps
