Hi I am a 360 but agile 21 year old. I have been lifting with the WWB routine for two months straight!! And it has been working well to get me back ( Ihad to stop lifting because of severe injuries to the neck and shoulder, when I was 18 i was 235, I am 6'3.) I am trying a new diet of eating 5 too 6 times a day to speed up my motabolism. I am going to start cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes. But here is my daily diet.

Breakfast (12:00pm (I work Night)
1. Bowl of Fiber One or Oatmeal.
2. one or two pices of Fruit.

2:00 PM
1: Turkey Sandwich on white with mustard
2: Fruit
3:Nutrigrain Bar

4:00 PM
1: Turkey ( SAME)
2: Cucumbers and A fruit
3: Wheat Thins

1: SOme soup or another Turkey
3: Carrots
2: Fruit

8:00 ( LAST)
1: Something Low Cal but Good, Like Chicken Breast Tuna,
2: More Fruit

that is basically it, Always Water!!!! And it is really low cal, But I wanted to know if you guys thought this was good??? am I starting off the right way or is it dangerous for me? Please help or make suggestions thanx.:help:

More protein! Protein is your friend. Drop the wheat thins and nutrigrain bars. Eat more tuna, chicken, and protein powder. Instead of white bread use wheat bread as wheat bread is lower on the GI. Thats pretty vague, sorry, but just add more protein to your meals.

are your turkey sandwhiches real deli meat, or that preocessed packaged stuff like healthy choice? B/c i've heard some bad stuff about the processed stuff that is supposedly non/low fat.

oh yeah, i would drop the carbs(fruit) before bed esp. when cuting weight

What have you heard bad about it???? and is it cool to eat the Tuna Straight out of the Can?

obviously carbs arent working for you, try a ketogenic diet
