I workout in the morning before work. my usual routine is to mix up a shake consisting of 2 scoops nitrean, 8 oz. skim milk, 1 spoon natty pnut butter, and about 8 oz. water. i drink about 1/2 before gym and the rest after gym. that usually is not enough for me so i will snack on something (usually homemade protein bar) before and after gym. my question is this: do most poeple consider the shake a meal, or just use the shake like a drink w/a meal. maybe i should just be using opticen instead.
