Starting up a journal hopefully it will help me keep up with my motivation and track my progress. I am starting now at 6'3 about 287 and 16 years old.

Ate well today with lots of protein and got alot of sleep last night.

Had a good workout today:

Followed day 1 of wbb1 and noticed some newbie gains.

Was benching sets of 105 compared to struggling with 95's two weeks ago.

All other lifts went smoothly.

After lifting jogged a little over one mile on the treadmill.

Time to unleash the beast.

Bad day today. Got there late ,felt tired allday even though got enough sleep. After a few sets of bench and db presses i felt really bad and decided to run and then call it quits. Idk what it is I need some advice. It could be because i'm eating so many less calories than I use to and also worked out two days in a row I hope that is all. Also any opinions i'm 6"3 about 285 or so and I need to lose the weight. I"m following wbb1 and running 1 mile everytime. Is this the right path or should I change up stuff. Also i'm eating alot better then I was and watching my prot and cals and stuff. Maybe it's just the lack of calories. Any tips? I'll rest the weekend and kick up again monday.
