i wanted some opinions on a good macro breakdown on my current diet.

heres some info

182 lbs
BF ~15

chest 44
bis -15 (flexed)
waist 34

current breakdown:

protein 200-210g
carbs- 130-150g

3x a week weights/3-4days a week cardio.

with this info, how would you suggest changing the ratios? on jan 2nd i weighed 192. havent lost any size. would like to get down to 175. suggestions? thanks!

Actually, your macro ammounts are very near mine. Only I'm 175, with 240 protein, and 180 carbs. About the same fat. If you're losing fat and holding on to the muscle i say it's fine.

Seems like you cals may be a touch low. How much weight are you losing per week? I would shoot for 1-2lbs. Anyways, I think the ratios are good just may want to up the cals a bit.

Although you have lost 10lbs since Jan 2nd. Thats a good amount (not too much nor too little). So just stick with it until you stall. Then change things up a bit.

FYI: I am at 200lbs and shoot for 275g Pro, 55g Fat, 225g/175g carb. THis is wokring great for me so far. Oh ya and NO cardio for me. Just shows people are different.

Your calories look like they are at about 1800, i'd bump em up to 2000 to start out at, maybe add in another 25g carbs and 25g of protein :)
