Got a friend who wants to lose weight. Wondering what the calories, fat, protein and carb intake should be when cutting for a woman?

Thanks

Depends on the weight, height, size, goals...
What's this persons active life styles, if any?
So on and so on...

About 5'3" I'm guessing 160lbs....i don't like to ask a woman evn with good reason.lol. I'd say from our conversations about 130lbs. She works out regularly on the oliptical trainer and other cardio

500 below is way too less for a woman to cut at. For a woman, you should look at a 20% deficit.

Get her off the cardio as the centerpiece and get her to lifting. I would suggest a 3x a week full body workout to get her used to lifting.

Most women traditionally do need some cardio for their stubborn fat areas, i.e. hips and thighs. So have her do 20 mins of fast incline walking afterward lifting.

On her off days, have her look into HIIT. Basically you need to follow Builts battleplan.
