this could be a smoothie or whole food and what you drink with it.
Before and after a workout, heavy cardio. and for you boxers what do you take before and after boxing.
BTW people who take L glutamine do you take it down plain then drink some water or put it in the water?

After a workout, I take 5g of creatine and if I usually tried to eat some whole food and have a protein shake with peanut butter and oats. Now I am cutting so things are a little different.
Glutamine is worthless.

Look into gettting dextrose for your workouts. That PWO dextrose shake will actually fuel your appetite.
