View Full Version : So im about a week and a half into my first cut....

Im 6'3 215 and im almost 2 weeks into my cut

Main Meals --
Creatine Pills
3 Egg whites
1 whole egg w/ketchup
2 pieces of Toast

Sandwich with Lite wheat bread/Provolone cheese/turkey/lettuce/honey mustard,
3 Egg whites w/ salt and olive oil

2 chicken brests w/ Bbq sauce or mariana sauce
White rice with soy sauce

Snacks--
tuna
fruit
protein shakes

I am currently dying of cravings for sweets and carbs. I just started to take Mega man pills thinking maybe this is due to minerals I am missing out on

any tips on how to not give into these craving, am I missing something?

Drop your carbs, up your veggies. Your eating 4 pieces of bread, BBQ sauce, rice which can all be replaced with stuff that is far more filling. Eat 1-2 cups of steamed veggies with lunch and breakfast. Replace bread with spinach, brocolli, or a dark green veggie.

Steamed veg?? Sounds lovely, How are you supposed to have the energy to work out if you don't eat carbs?

I actually struggle to seperate to eat low fat and low carbs, it's seem most things in the house are either low in fat but high in carbs or vice versa. I like to have something with my chicken or with my tuna say noodles, rice etc.

Target your carbs around your workout. Also it seems your fat intake is too low.
