I've tried a ton of stuff at this point. Creatine, extra vitamin c and b and e, glutamine, prohormones, testosterone boosters, fish oil and god knows what else. I'm not much different to look at now than I was months and months ago. It seems that for me, nothing seems to work other than:
Multivitamins
Protein Powders,
Ephedrine stacks.
I think it's time to shove all that other junk in the trash and clear my head of it. Stick to the simple stuff, watch my diet as best I can, and lift as much as I can. Screw the rest of it.
