hi there
i am totally new to this forum
Firstly I wnated to ask does the Product
ATP Advantage Creatine Serum
any good
does it have side effects.
and being 19 should i even think about using it.
I am 19 started liftin weights like a month ago
i have a weak chest and arms i 6ft 4" , but can only bench press
to a max of 115-120. i wieght like 175.
and i do eat quite a lot of food
all ur help will be appreicated

Creatine is not stable in solution. Consequently, this product is worthless. If you've only been lifting a month, I'd wait awhile before trying creatine anyway. You should make tremendous gains without any supplementation(A carb/protein drink post-workout is the one exception.)

Solution form is BS. I agree...don't bother with too many supplements...you are starting out and will have big gains...keep eating big and you really won't need much in the way of supps ever.

I agree with the others but if you do decide to take it....go with the regular powder and keep it cheap.

I've used it. Its crap. Stick to powder, but they're right, dont use it until you've been in the gym for a while and you have a decent muscular foundation on which to build.

don't believe everything supp companies say; they do sound attractive, but almost all supp products would exaggerate too
creatine in liquid turns into a toxin, creatinine
