:bang: yea i know, use the search jackass! hey, tried that and no luck! so heres my question. i just came off my 1st cycle 4 weeks ago (the one at the begining of the page!), and now i want to pack on some serius size! i've been lifting for 4 years and i'm 27. 5'9, 210lbs, 13% bf. i'd like to be about 235 before i start a cutting cycle. i dont have any problem eating, i've just been stuck at this weight forever!! this is killing me. what can i do?:

You didn't make gains on the cycle outlined in the first cycle sticky?

not any weight gains. body fat went down about 3% and my arms and legs grew, but thats about it!

I thought you said you had no problems eating! If you can't gain without steroids you're not gonna gain with them. Simple as that.

in the past 18 months i grew like a monster, 190lbs to 210lbs. i'm just afraid i hit a peak and need a little edge to help out!

You gave yourself that edge... Yet still did not gain. More drugs is not what you need. What's your diet look like? Daily intake? Grams protein/fat/carbs?

250 grams protien, carbs and fat vary, my calories are around 4000, and comes mostly from supplements. jesus does it make me S*** alot!! you think i should up my protien to 300 and calories to 5000?

Yes. Bump up about 200-300 cals for a couple weeks. If you're still not gaining, bump up again. There are guys around here eating 6000-7000cals a day.

I'm guessing he means shakes. There are plenty of big guys on here that don't "eat" anything. A calorie is a calorie.

your right, its mostly from shakes and bars. with my job i cant just stop every two hours or so to eat some chicken or beef. that comes before and after work.

I am in the same boat. I don't know if he still does, but BCC was on a 100% liquid diet. It didn't seem to hurt him.

so if i up my protien and calories, how long do you guys think i should wait before starting my bulk cycle? i think maybe about 8 weeks or so to see how my body reacts to the extra stuff.

Bro....I'm bulking right now. I eat over 1,000 calories at each of my first three meals of the day. I workout, then I eat 3 more times, 2 shakes around 800-900 each, then a meal around 9pm at night, and I STILL don't think I'm eating enough.

Aye, my little brother is bulking natty right now and consuming 6800 cals/day and hes still having trouble putting on weight.

You just don't get it...
If you're not eating enough no amount of drugs will make you gain weight. If you can't gain weight without steroids you can't gain weight on them. You already know this from your first cycle.
8 weeks is not long enough to learn how to control your diet. You need to really get your diet dialed in before you do another cycle. You said you're 210 now... Come back to use when you're 230 and tell us how you did it. Then we can talk about another cycle.

Tren/mast 200mg/1ml 1ml eod
d-bol 50mg ed
I havent tried it but alot of the big boys over here do it and they sure grow.

A bulking cycle will help most if you first know how to eat to gain weight.

You have a problem eating....and serius is spelled SERIOUS.
