Hey guys I've decided to start a cut, I'm 5' 7" and 165 pds. I follow wbb1 routine and I just need some overall tips on what to do during a cut. I eat clean no junk, soda, sweets etc. I will try and take in around 150g of protein a day. I need to know if running (2miles per day), dieting, and working out (wbb1) is sufficient enough for my cut process. Thanks!

I know it sucks, but the best way is to keep track of your cals. Do you know your maintenance calorie intake? Eat 300 less cals per day while cutting.

Eat 300 less cals per day while cutting.Huh? No. You reduce calories once a week. Not every day.

Thanks! If you aren't already, you need to track everything you eat on www.fitday.com - Sign up for a free account. Track your average calories on that site for a week, then come back here and post a link to your diet log. If you want to cut, you to be in a caloric deficit. In order to find the calories that work for you, you need to adjust through trial and error. Here are some links to check out ~>

OK i just put in what i eat on a normal weekday i got 842 calories 24g fat 94g carbs 64g protein. I dont know if this is sufficient or too little, It will vary everyday due to what my mom cooks for dinner whether its chicken breast, steak, lasagna etc.

WAY too little. You need 160ish g of protein a day. And some more healthy fats.

Easily two little. You maintenace could possibly be three times that.

The general advise for younger people(myself included) is to not worry about cutting. Try to get stronger and eat healthy. Thats the advise I have been getting and Im giving it a whirl.

Gl with what you decide to do.

You need to be eating more. The minimums are 1 gram of protein per pound of LBM, .5 grams of fat per pound of LBM (with the bulk of this being healthy fat sources), and the rest coming from fat, protein, or carbs to fill in the rest of the calories. But that is a ridiculously low amount of calories for an entire day. I eat more calories for breakfast than you do in an entire day...and I'm 5'3".
