I've been through a lot in the weightlifting and cardio business before, I spent a good year dedicated to everything I ate, kept track of all types of cals, and had a series of workouts. I was in the best shape of my life last summer, but I have fallen off lately over the last 6 months. I really want to show off all that work I put in a year ago and so on, but I don't know if I will see it again and I've gotten to a point where I have been lazy. But im looking to turn that around
What I'm getting at is, If i put in a lot of hardwork for a couple years, and now I'm at a point where I am not happy with the way I look and feel, will it be easy to turn that around and quickly see my old self again? Or am I looking at having to do the same workouts for the same ammount of time, 18 months, to regain my old body. Also just posting for something to get me commited to making this change, here are my stats: 18 y.o., 190 pds, 5 10. I used to be able to bench up to 265 at my peak, now my guess woul dbe I couldnt do half that.
