For those of you who dont read my journal. Here are a few of the many from my journal. I'd love critiques on my form or anything else.

I think i need to go a little deeper on my Good mornings and slow down and take my time with the t-bars. Lifting with ripped open calouses FTW!

Lookin' good detard! My personal opinion would be to go a bit lower and slower on the GMs.

Really force your chest out on those goodmornings so your back doesnt round, might be the angle but it looks like it could be rounding over. Also the bar seems a bit high. I set the bar for GM's where i set the bar for powersquats, low on my shoulders on the shelf.

Kevin is right...the bar looks to high which is causing you not to arch your upper back. Im not sure if you were doing arch back GM's but it seems to me you need to take a deep breath, pushout your stomach, arch your back and descend.
On the DL, i was taught to open my hips and try to spread my knees to the sides of the plates, while driving your hips into the bar as well. If you think about this before you DL it helps me acheive much better form...just a suggestion.
Other that that, looking real strong bro, keep it up.

Thanks for the comments guys. I think i'll stick to rack pulls mainly and rotate GMs into my routine every now and then.
