Can you eat frozen cranberries right out of the bag? In oats, etc?

yep, I like them and blueberries. Grab a few frozen berries, put them in the oatmeal and nuke it.

they were ok.....pretty low in cals........any other low calorie suggestions to make em crunchy......I would ditch the bagel or bread, but I LOVE EM both......so I can't do it....how doe this first meal look?

i add vanilla whey and kinda hides the bitterness of the cranberries.

I don't really like my smoothies that sweet anyways.

hmmm.....average.........time to try something else.......so fat, pb and banana are the two best things in oats.....and a chopped up low carb bar.

I would definitely add them in my smoothies. My smoothies usually include a scoop of strawberry whey, some 100% grape juice or other kind of 100% juice, some frozen blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, and maybe a pinch of creatine (once per day).
