Has pasta got too many carbs in to eat while losing weight?? Or is it always ok to eat Pasta?

Start tracking calories. As long as you get your req protein/fat intake you can eat whatever you want to hit your target calories.

pastas a great source of carbs, and sometimes protien if you buy certain brands.

I ask because sometimes when I see someone post thier diet and they're on a cut somebody replies that they have too many carbs and I was worried I was eating too many as I normally have a jacket potato for dinner and noodles/pasta/low fat chips as a side to a meat of some kind with half a tin of beans for tea.

If you're really worried, get a whole wheat pasta. They don't taste that different. There are name brands (Barilla Plus) that have extra protein, fiber, and omega-3s.
