so ive been doing more research and speaking to some people who i know have competed. a few have mention they have done cycles before contest's mostly but not all the time were they say bulk for so many weeks then cut straight after for instance say 7 bulking then straight 7 cutting or maybe longer cutting etc.
whats you guys opinions on this worth trying or not? has anybody done this?
i realy cant see any problems with it but as always ive come here for some solid input.
i was thinking of trying maybe 6-7 weeks bulking with some dbol and sust then following with a cut for 7-8 weeks with some test/sust, EQ, clen.
This is just an idea and i know diet makes all the difference and this will be in check.
as always all input is much appreciated
