Just thought I'd keep you all up to date. If any of ya care to know I am currently down 81 pounds from the start. I was 337 tonight at the gym, my wife says I'm obsessed but hey you got to do what you got to do, right? I will be 300 pounds and hoping for a triple BW there. We get this weight down and hopefully my strength stay as it did for the Arnold where I was officially down 76 pounds.

Here is a side by side of the weekend after I started my diet and on the Stage at the Arnold. So this is from July 23rd 2006 to May 3rd 2007.

Wolfy!!!!

Damn, I just thought of this.... Are you getting as much out of your gear now that you're down so much weight? Has it taken much adjustment to your style of lifting?

I got all brand new gear, actually twice now :) Thank God for Sponsorships!!!

Also I gotta give a HUGE Thanks to Chris Mason from At Large Nutrition. Chris took over my diet and helped me drop of and additional 25 pounds while making me stronger then I was at 418. Plus we are now tightening everything a bit more and adjusting the cardio!!!

Thanks everyone for the compliments!!!

Wow wolf, doesn't even seem possible somebody could lose 80 some pounds and still look like you do now. I'm pretty sure after looking at that last pic you could crush my skull with your hands.

They are around 23, they were 24 before I started all this. I know this cause I just ordered new bench shirts so after a relaxed measurement, I checked them. Hahaha well you know everyone does it sometime :)

I really do owe alot of this to Chris from At Large. He is the one guiding me and I'm using almost all there products they offer.

I can't imagine losing 81 lbs (probably because i only weigh 190..) and continuing to lose, what did you just say 10 lbs in a week, and get stronger. Keep up the ridiculous progress.

Your weight loss has been nothing short of astounding, Mike. I'm sure AtLarge is happy because you are like a walking billboard for their products. Excellent transformation especially considering you've managed to do it and remain just as strong as before at the same time. :strong:

Thanks guys, I still got along way to go. I wanna try and get under 300 maybe go for the 275's. We will see over the next few months where I end up. But for right now I am really happy with my progress. I just really need to get my belly down more to add to the look.

But thanks guys for the support, I really appreciate all the good feedback it helps keep me motivated.

Wolfy!!!

If you get to 275 I will cry. You will be SO MASSIVE and ripped. You plan on getting stronger/maintaining bench if you go as low as 275?

Mike has done a great job! I have helped him, but it takes the individual to follow the program and do what needs to be done.
