well first off ive been cycling creatine since the beginning of this month! And i usaully take it before i attack the weights,Is that good or should i wait till after i kill it in the gym? When is the best time to take my creatine!??

After.

for a few couple reasons, namely:

1. The 'creatine effect' u feel in the gym comes from the creatine stores in your muscles from previous days of saturation, not that which u take in just before a workout.

2. You wanna take in creatine after a workout along with your carbo-pro drink to take full use of the insulin spike.

Thats what I think, anyways.

so basically take my protein shake with the creatine? i havent cause it reads do not eat anything for 30 min after you consume the creatine, And my shake is like a meal??????

what kind of company makes creatine with that guideline label???

I consider my shake a meal, cuz it has 100g carbs and 40g protein

lol GNC, and im taking meso-tech meal replacement!! 50 gms of protein also so just mix em' together right!?

I'd add some dextrose to your MRP (cuz its kinda low in carbs as it is, and it uses malto as its primary carb source) but thats only cuz I'm bulking. Depends on how much carbs u want in your diet

but yes, creatine in the MRP works fine

im using cell tech cause i'm too lazy to mix individual supplements.i drink mine after wo and drink a 50g whey shake right after

don't willfully "cycle" creatine. i think ppl should take creatine year round, cuz it's not just for lifting heavier, it has been shown to aid protein synth of muscles, and some other stuff
