seen as i am back on the iron properly after a long and painful and very depressing shoulder injury i thought i would have some starting pics.
I am stuck imbetween boxing and wieghtlifting atm which is doing my nutt in but my goal is to be around 175-180 lb and about 8% bodyfat now at the moment i think i am about 175lb 13% bodyfat?:idea:
i am 17 5ft 10
my traps have never been good from the front?:cry:
my left lat is bigger than my right:cry:
i broke my right arm and it is an inch smaller than my left:cry: but previously always bigger and had a better peak

there's nothing really to critique. you're very lean. with that said, i think you have a solid base. so gain 50 lbs and everything will even out :)
lol like i said i am inbetween boxing and bodybuilding so a bulk wouldnt be the best right now plus i wana look good for the summer!

well, you don't have to look bad during bulk ;) sorry i misread your post. so u weigh 175 right now and wanna be 180 at 8%? cuz you prolly won't see much of a difference. i think you're lower than 13% btw.

You are definitely 10% or less.
ye reckin? i have a slight pudge on my lower abs but nothing drastic

anybody else got an opinion???
i will start a bulk in a few weeks gaining weight for me is a doddle:evillaugh

dude, lean and cut, you are NOT 13% bf, id be surpised if you had 8%. looks like you have a nice V taper on your back.
im in the same boat, i wanna be around 170 at 8%. everyones gunna tell you to eat, eat, eat. haha. i have a hard time gaining weight because of my speed training, but good luck brother...great base!
ye i think i have made up my mind and wanting to be about 190 at 8% that will be a realistic but hard challange.

I think you look great.
Def. sub 10%. Way to lean to be 13%. My guess is 9% bodyfat.
You can add some more mass but alot of us can. Looking good right now.

but i feel like my shoulder is going to go on me again i dont know what i would do if that happend:confused:

what kind of injury?
At first when i started out one trap was wayyy higher than the other one,
A couple of minutes before a leg workout i felt it was slightly pulled but stretched and off i went SLDL'S came and it just went i was on the floor in agony I could hardly move hardly walk up the stairs or climb into bed.
this was when i was 5ft 9 200lb getting ready for the cut in a couple of weeks,
so it was painful for months an months when i sneezed played football,basketball etc it hurt. So went to a sports injury clinic and they said it was pretty bad gave me some excersizes to do keeping my shoulder blade in the right place (It was a winged scapula) i didnt really do the excersizes but i kept it in the right place for about 9months by then losing all that muscle and going from 200lbs to about 160lb obv feeling rather weak and badly depressed then i started up again and it still was sore really sore at work etc so went back an she said that its come along way now its just knotted muscles so we done a fare few sessions of deep massage which was pretty painful then eventually she said i am good to go come back in a months time if you need to and thats were i am right now.
Starting out again was really tough being that much weaker i needed alot of willpower to do it.
